240 km long structure, the Canal du Midi, the work of Pierre-Paul Riquet built in the 17th century and classified

in World Heritage of Humanity by UNESCO, constitutes an exceptional architectural heritage.

From Toulouse and to the Mediterranean Sea, take

the paths along the way to 'water, follow the course of the barges from locks

to locks. On foot or by bike, live at your own pace a distinctive experience of

discovering a territory, the Lauragais cereal plains, the vineyards

of the Minervois and the Regional Natural Park of the Mediterranean.
