The WD SCAN application allows the driver to send copies of documents or photos taken from a phone or tablet to the Web Dispatching application (see www.webdispecink.cz). Acquired images of documents can be sorted by type (delivery record, invoice,…) and can be supplemented with a text note. In this way, the driver can remotely pass on to the dispatcher important documents for subsequent operations - invoicing of transports, documentation of accidents and more. This will speed up the flow of documents in your company with the WD SCAN application.
